Terms and Conditions

New accounts are shipped C. O. D. unless other arrangements are made.
Minimum order is $25.00 or a $5.00 service charge.
Parcel post shipments -- $5.00 dollars special handling charge, plus freight.
Right reserved to change price without notice.
No returns will be accepted without authorization.
Merchandise being returned must be shipped within 30 days of invoice. Twenty percent restocking fee will be assessed.
Service charge of 1.5 % per month will we added to any unpaid balance over 30 days. Minimum charge $2.50.
Failure to pay account within agreed terms will automatically cancel open account. Account may be opened again upon evaluation.
All shipments are F. O. B. to our warehouse.
Custom order or fabricated items are all prepaid or C. O. D. only.! (Handrails, ladders and patient lifts)
